Congratulations on the purchase of your timeshare resale!  Let our experienced staff handle all of the transfer of ownership details for you, so that you can start enjoying your new vacation home as soon as possible.


We request that you send our office a 10% deposit of the purchase price, in order for us to open a file for you.  Your deposit will be securely held in our escrow account, and you will be credited the amount of your deposit on the final closing statement.


For your protection, all funds sent to us will be securely held in our escrow account, until we are in receipt of the new recorded deed, showing you as the owner of record.  At that time, we will release the sales proceeds to the seller.  If the property is not deeded property, then your funds will be securely held in our escrow account, until we can verify with the resort and/or management company that the membership has been successfully transferred.


Also for your protection, we have all Sellers execute a No Lien Affidavit, attesting to the fact that there are no security instruments, judgments, bankruptcies, etc., that would affect the marketability of the title.
